It also seems that both the show and the series have brought back the serum that creates super soldiers, and in both cases, it is unclear where this supply is coming from. The entire situation echoes some ideas of the Falcon and Winter Soldier series, as both her team and the MCU's Flag-Smashers have lost faith in the world's governments and feel it is their job to fix the problem through acts of violence.
